How to use it ?

  • 1. Add sample: add 100ul (or 2 drops) of the sample diluent to the coated plate (reserve 2-5 wells for negative and positive and blank control), dilute the serum to be tested with PBS or saline at 1:20 and take 10ul Add to reaction well.
  • 2. Plus control: add negative control 1-3 wells, positive control 1 well, each 100ul control serum. Blank control 1 well was left empty.
  • 3. Incubation: After shaking the reaction plate to make the sample evenly mixed, place it in a 37°C incubator or water bath for 20 minutes.
  • 4. Wash the plate: Dilute 15ml of concentrated washing solution to 300ml with distilled water. (1) Hand wash: Pour out the contents of the wells of the reaction plate, fill the wells with the washing solution, leave it for 30 seconds, shake it off vigorously, repeat this 5 times and pat dry. (2) Machine wash: 5 times, inject 200ul of washing liquid or fill each hole, stay for 30 seconds and then suck up and pat dry.
  • 5. Adding enzyme-labeled working solution: add 100ul (or 2 drops) of enzyme-labeled working solution to each well. After reacting for 20 minutes in a 37°C incubator, wash the plate 5 times. The washing operation is the same as step 4.
  • 6. Color development and termination of the reaction: Add 50ul (or 1 drop) of each of the substrate A and B solution to the reaction well, and keep the color from light at 37°C for 10 minutes. Add 50ul (or 1 drop) of stop solution to each well and mix to stop the reaction.
